Anders W. Tell is a Senior Enterprise Architect who has spent 25 years making transformation actually work — not just architecting it on paper.

He has built national-scale digital infrastructure for Sweden's public sector, shaped integration and data architectures for 150+ application landscapes, governed the integration of AI and LLM capabilities into enterprise workflows, guided EU institutions and global manufacturers through regulatory-driven change, and helped C-level teams make architecture decisions that technical teams can implement. His international footprint spans more than 15 countries.

His approach is direct: find the consensus that makes change stick, build governance that functions without constant oversight, and leave behind tools and frameworks that teams continue to use after the engagement ends. He is equally at home running a C-level architecture workshop and drafting the governance model that comes out of it.
